APPEAL COMMITTEE OF SLOVENIAN QUALITY ASSURANCE AGENCY FOR HIGHER EDUCATION

The Appeal Committee is appointed by the SQAA Council on the basis of public call. The Appeal Committee is composed of the president and two members. Each member has an alternate. In performing its duties, it observes the Rules of Procedure of the SQAA Appeal Committee adopted on 11 February 2011.

If the appeal is upheld, the Appeal Committee returns the case to the SQAA Council for reconsideration in accordance with provisions of ZViS. The decision of the Appeal Committee shall be final; however, an administrative dispute may be initiated against it.
